| -1 | Thursday, October 4 | Skippers, first mates and some crew arrive. Pick up boat #1 "Delfino Blano" at TMM, boat checkout. Pick up boat #2 "Angelina" in the early evening. Sleepaboard "Delfino Blano" and "Angelina". |
| 0 | Friday, October 5 | Rest of crew arrives; provisioning. Skippers meeting; crew briefing. Can depart today or stay over in Road Town and depart early Saturday. |
| 1 | Saturday, October 6 | Sail to Norman Island (night anchorage at the Bight). Activities: diving, swimming. Possible shore function at Billy Bones or Willy T's. |
| 2 | Sunday, October 7 | Sail to Salt Island (day anchorage). Activities: SCUBA diving (RMS Rhone); swimming, kayaking, etc. Sail to Cooper Island for night achorage (backup anchor Peter Island). |
| 3 | Monday, October 8 | Sail to The Baths, Virgin Gorda for day anchorage. Acitivities: swimming, snorkel, exploring. Sail to North Sound Virgin Gorda for night archorage. |
| 4 | Tuesday, October 9 | Leave early for The Dogs. Activities: SCUBA, snorkel. Sail to Marina Cay or Trellis Bay for night anchorage. |
| 5 | Wednesday, October 10 | Sail to Guana Island and Monkey Point. Then on to Cane Garden Bay for night anchorage. |
| 6 | Thursday, October 11 | Short sail to Green Cay. Activities: snorkel?, swim, ?. Then sail to Sandy Cay for lunch and sail to Great Harbor for anchorage. Group dinner: Foxy's. |
| 7 | Friday, October 12 | Sail to Soper's Hole for anchorage. |
| 8 | Saturday, October 13 | Early departures via Ferry from Sopers hole. Sail to Peter Island, anchor in Little Harbor. |
| 9 | Sunday, October 14 | Sail to Road Town, Tortola (arrive 12:00-1:00) if necessary for early departures via airport. Return boat # 1. Last night on boat #2. |
| 10 | Monday, October 15 | Shuttle to airport/ ferry for return trips. |
